The NN-20J3XB Type C is an extremely ridged and capable Swiss-type machine with a fully programmable B-axis, 0-135°, on the main spindle and an additional fully programmable B-axis, 0-90°, on the sub spindle. Both are fully supported top and bottom and can run simultaneously. Both the main and sub spindles sit atop a full base casting, have onboard chillers, and run to a maximum 10,000 RPM, while the live tooling can run at 6,000 RPM. The C-axis can be programmed to .0001 degree increments.
The NN-20J3XB Type C has an expansive tooling package and an extremely powerful, user-friendly Mitsubishi M80 control. Standard features include: MVT (Micro Vibration Turning) oscillation cutting for chip control, polar, cylindrical, and helical interpolation, variable lead threading, eccentric turning, parts conveyor, and more.
